{"id":397,"date":"2020-07-03T05:38:30","date_gmt":"2020-07-03T05:38:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sanaybooks.com\/?page_id=397"},"modified":"2020-07-03T05:40:11","modified_gmt":"2020-07-03T05:40:11","slug":"return-and-refund-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/old.sanaybooks.com\/hi\/return-and-refund-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Return and Refund Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Payment and Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanay Prakashan accepts return as per the following policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Books having defects\/damages such as misprints\/ blank pages\/duplicate<br>pages\/page numbers not in order\/ folded pages\/errors in binding etc<br>will be accepted for returns\/refunds.<\/li><li>Customer need to raise an alert<br>with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for<br>the return.<\/li><li>Only those books\/products will<br>be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days<br>of the date of delivery.<\/li><li>Sanay Prakashan retains the<br>rights to examine whether the books\/products returned is defective\/damaged and<br>based on the verification Sanay Prakashan will either reship\/replace the<br>Books\/Products to the customer.<\/li><li>In case books\/products is<br>defective or damaged then the Sanay Prakashan will replace and reship the<br>books\/products to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the<br>availability of the stock of the books\/products.<\/li><li>In case the returned<br>books\/products is not defective\/damaged then the customer will be informed<br>about the same and the same books\/products will be reship to the shipping<br>address of the order.<\/li><li>Buyer will return the defective\/damaged book by Postal VPP. A fresh copywill be replaced by Sanay Prakashan by Registerd A D Only.<\/li><li>If the books\/products stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall<br>be informed to the customer through registered email.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund, Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanay Prakashan refund policies are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Only those books\/products which<br>are returned from the customers as per the acceptable return policy and for<br>which the replacement is not possible will be eligible for refunds.<\/li><li>In the event that a<br>books\/products is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information<br>due to an error in pricing or books\/Products information, Rajhans Prakashan<br>may, at its discretion, either contact the customer for instructions or cancel<br>the order and notify customer of such cancellation. In such cases Rajhans<br>Prakashan will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the<br>payment is already received). For Online Refund<\/li><li>In case the payment mode of the<br>refunded order is Online (Credit Card\/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded<br>to the customer Card Account.
